Hello all. I signed up in '05 but never wrote one of these. I do apoligise.
My name is Zaku Takahisa. Not my birthname, you must understand, it is a chosen name.
(If you're curious, my real/birth names are; Zakaria [chosen but I use this one only] Saakje [my given/birth name] Tegwyn Jephcott)
Zak is the name I chose for myself many years ago so 'Zaku' or 'Zakku' is the Japanese form of it.
Takahisa is the director (or one of) for the movie Moon Child (yes, I'm another of those crazy Japanese Music fans)
I got into Japan, admittedly, through DragonBall Z, thus, through manga and anime, like, I'd imagine, many people. But as I've grown up, I'd like to think I have a more mature approach to it. I've fallen in love with absolutly everything Japanese (I'm sure someone would like to challenge that, I know I would!).
Ah, what else?
I'll go for bands, yes?
My favorite BAND is Dir en grey, and my favorite musician is Gackt.
The other bands/musicians I like are;

(oh yeah... and Zaku is the name of one of Kozi's cats... evidently an intelligent, keyboard-typing cat... you gave me an interesting mental picture... :giggle: )
