Hi .. I am trying to buy cars from a company called Inc Corporation, I want first to make sure if its genuine and valid in Japan!!

What information do you have about this company? Web site, address, phone number, etc.

Here is a link to an Inc. Corporation from Tokyo, but they don't sell cars. They sell lithium battery systems.

That being said, I had a couple of friends based out of Osaka who had their own used car exporting companies. Small companies such as theirs would be much more difficult to verify than with a simple web search.

As @mdchachi asks, do you have any information you can share with us about this company?
