I will be..

I am responding to an e-mail from a friend, and I wanted to know how I would say, "By the way, I will be (or, I will come) in(to) Tokyo on September 30th and will stay in Tokyo a little over a week or so."

Here is my guess, feel free to correct me!:

「ところで、私は９月３０日に東京にいて１週間半ぐら い泊ります。」

I am not sure about にいて like "I will be and.." or should it be, に来て, for will come? and then I am not sure about whether to say １週間半 or something that actually means a little over a week. Also, I wonder if I should put 泊ります or います at the end.

I think the other way u can say is

「ところで、私は９月３０日に東京へ行って、１週間半ぐらい泊ります。」
