Right-click on the picture -> "Save image as..."

Well.. It doesn't let you.. I believe you're not allowed.. I know a way around it.. *Feels the glare from Admins* Which by the way I've never used.. Heh.. So.. Umm.. Tough Luck I'd have to say.. Unless you're a super genius like myself.. Haha..
