How to say No Problem?

What are some options for when you want to say "it's no problem" or "don't worry about it" in Japanese?

Like if somebody says
遅くなってすみません

and you want to reply with an acknowledgement similar in meaning to "It's no problem."

I think in conversation I usually say いいえ and I know you can literally say 問題ない but am wondering if there are other options.
Especially I'm wondering about best thing to say written (chat) conversations. These would be normal polite work conversations.
Not super formal or super casual.
 
hmm, 「気にしないでください」とか…「謝るんじゃねんだよ!/謝ることじゃねぇ!」とか…「また遅くなると首にもなるかも!」…とか

I remember someone once explaining the difference between とんでもない and 大したことない, and that if someone complimented your wife and you said とんでもない it would be a mere humblebrag, but if you said 大したことない she would kick your ***
