how to get to Original Fake store

Hi,
I am going to stay in Tokyo for 2 days in Shinjuku, please show me how to get to Original Fake store in Minato-ku from Shinjuku Station.

From JR Shinjuku Station, go to Harajuku Station via Yamanote Line, from there you can make the walk down to the Omotesando area (maybe 1.4 /1.5 km walking).
Alternately, a faster way is using Tokyo Metro Shinjuku Station /Marunouchi Subway Line to Akasaka Mitsuke Station, change to the Ginza Line to Omotesando Station.
Take Exit A5 at Omotesando and follow the map here:

Another question, If I'd like to see Tokyo Tower , is this way on the way to Tokyo tower? I want to make 1 trip for 2 places in 1 day. I meant from Shinjuku to Original Fake and then to Tokyo Tower.

Is Original Fake inside the shopping mall? If so, what is the name?

The original fake isn't in the Omotesando shopping complex, Original Fake (looking at the map) is off the main street behind another building, in the basement.

I never been there I can't really comment on how its laid out.

As for getting to Tokyo Tower, go back to Omotesando Station,ride the Chiyoda Subway Line to Kasumigaseki Station, change to the Hibuya Subway Line, get off at Kamiyacho Station. Tokyo Tower should be about 5 minutes walk.

Alternately back in Roppongi, take JR trains from JR Roppongi station to Hamamatsucho Station, from there Tokyo Tower is about 15 minute walk. Going this route is longer as you have to walk all the way back to JR harajuku station.

It looks like very complicated to travel back and force. We are 2 people, can taxi cost more compare to take the subway?
Any way, avoid to go to Original Fake, if we go straight from Shinjuku station to Tokyo tower, which is the best way?

It is not too complicated if you follow the directions, eg ride one train, then make the connection to the line as indicated. This is Japan, so you you might have to make connections to other places.

However if you wish to go to Tokyo tower from Shinjuku, you have a few ways, the easy way: Get on at JR Shinuku Station, take the YAMANOTE LINE to HAMATSUCHO Station (at Shinjuku Station, board Yamanote Line trains that are going in the direction of "Shibuya, Shinagawa", the trip should take about 25 minutes. At Hamamatsucho station take the NORTH EXIT. If I recall correctly the walk was about 15 or so minutes to the tower.
