how can one find local Japanese biz independent people?

I've posting for a while trying to get some info on how to contact local biz people to work with.....what's the best way to do this , anybody?

What do you mean by local biz people? You mean Japanese enterpreneurs? Or just people in Japan who own businesses? What do you want to work with them on?

AmCham Japan has a listing of all foreign businesses and contacts in Japan. Not sure if it's free though.

I am from Singapore currently having Japanese partners in my company manufacturing precision components. My wife is also a business consultant for Japanese companies looking to invest in Asia.
