I'm looking for information on Hokkaido's economy/trade ect. for my studies.
Can anybody help, the question i have to awnser is....."why is Hokkaido's populaton so small?, compared to Tokyo ie plus and minus points

In Tokyo people are litteraly cramped together, as the most work is available in Tokyo...it's the CORE of Japan so to speak.Like in most countries the most people live in the capital.In Hokkaido there is more green and very snowey in winter.People are not that cramped together,Sapporo's history is only 150 years old !...
