Dear native English speakers,
I have a little question again about the following sentences.

(a) I don't like his way of talking because he always sounds as though he's making fun of me.
(b) I don't like the way of his talking because he always sounds as though he's making fun of me.

I think (a) would be fine, but how about (b)? Does it sound unnatural?

Thanks in advance.

Are you really johnnyG? What do you mean by that? I think your sentence is grammatically wrong.

Yes, I am, but I'm on an iPad right now and am not able to format or reply as I would like to.....

Thanks, johnnyG. So you mean the original (b) sounds off, right? How about (a)? Does (a) sound right?
