Hidden administrator in Windows

Is any of you a techie here? There is a hidden administrator account in Windows, since Windows Vista, correct? What do you do with the hidden account usually?

It's a good idea to use your PC using a "normal" account and only use the administrator account as needed to install software or change system settings. Otherwise if you always have admin privileges it will make it that much easier for nefarious software to do something disruptive.
