I am thrilled to be here, as I just discovered the forum and it looks amazing! My name is Chip, and I recently started studying Japanese beginning in my junior year at Amherst College (I just graduated), and it has been one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences of my life. I majored in Computer Science, and although that was challenging at times it was nothing to the difficulty I had learning Japanese, especially with regards to listening. I joined this forum to help motivate me to continue studying, to be able to get studying advice and help, and to discuss Japanese culture and video games with other members.

I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask, but can anyone recommend me a browser tool to provide hurigana for kanji on articles? It's a huge obstacle for me currently as my kanji recognition is incredibly limited.
