can you recommend some sites where i can get the email address of professors interested in taking in foreign researchers?

please give me tips/ideas in some good studies cross cutting English language and education...

i have my study but its still kinda broad and im having a hard time limiting/focusing it as i know nothing about the conditions of Filipino teachers there...

for Monbukagaskusho scholars: what other things are required to be scholars? what scholarships are good ones to apply for,allowance-wise?hehehe
