I know for the question part, I can say 日本の 若い 人に ついて どう 思いますが。 But for the answer part, 遊びます is a verb, which is different from the adjective in the example. If I apply the grammar to the answer, ...よく 遊ぶと 思います。 I have no idea what the sentence means then. Please help if you have any idea. Thanks in advance.
