If you are looking for the mahjongg parlor, you gave the wrong address. The address you gave is for the building next door.

Anyway, according to the following blog, the mahjongg parlor 新宿だんでぃ was renamed to Sakura, and relocated to
東京都新宿区歌舞伎町2-45-2
カイダ第3ジャストビル2F

And if you are talking about the video shop with private compartments 金太郎 Kintarō in the right building, the correct address is 東京都新宿区歌舞伎町1-7-7 1F.

The problem is, it has disappeared from google street view

That branch of the Manbo manga cafe closed on March 30 (of 2016, I assume).


It looks like there are 3 more branches within 2 blocks of that location. Here is the other kabuki-cho location:
