Help ID Characters WWII Binoculars

Your help would be greatly appreciated. I need ID on the Japanese characters on these binoculars. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Left symbol is 空, signifying Air Force
目盛入 means "with scale indicators". In other words, when you look through the binoculars you see the ruler increments I think to the left and bottom of the field of view.
