Well where to start, first of nice to meet you people,

I'll start of telling something about myself.
I'm a 20 year old Dutch bloke, have lived there all my life. I'm a 3rd year student in a college studying International Business and Management, it's an international study, we've got Chinese, Russian, French, germans and ofcourse Dutch students unfortunatelly no Japanese.
I basically have to speak English all day which I like, since I have always been very internationally oriented and because of that my English is the best of my year (I am the proud owner of a CPE Cambridge certificate - so if anyone needs any English advice please don't hesitate to poke me )

I'm a social guy, I like to go out and drink with some mates, listen to music, watch movies, play on my harmonica and watch the occasional anime. Furthermore I'll be starting to learn krav maga in about one months time.
So all that is basically generic hobby stuff Also I'm a big football fan (that's soccer for all you Yanks out there ) As you can see from my avatar West Ham United is my club of choice, weird huh, a Dutch guy rooting for an English club hehe, I'm also a big fan of the Dutch national team.

As for what draws me to Japan is ofcourse watching anime when I was younger and seeing a documentary about Japanese culture when I was in secondary school which really sparked my interest. I'll be studying in Japan in 2010 so before that time I'll be regularly visiting this forum for language advice since I will be starting to learn Japanese very soon aswell.

What else to say? I've got no clue , so if you have any questions about me fire away,

Again nice to meet you and cya around!

Raur

Welcome, Raurtom san, to JRef Forums! Good to have you. I look forward to your thread posts.
I have a harmonica too, but I'm not skilled at it at all. I have a viola as well, which I am skilled at, but am weary of playing (to be honest). I have an old, mostly-busted electric keyboard which I'm -finally- utilizing seriously in order to learn the basics of piano.
Yeah... so...
Good to meet you!
Take Care,
- Aurura
