My name is Jade and I am new here. I have been looking at as many forum's as I can to assist me in learning Japanese, but most of them have been very unhelpful. I have high hopes for this one and would love to talk to everyone! Thank you to everyone for presenting a very welcoming atmosphere!

My vocabulary is very limited and my grammar understanding is very basic. I am having trouble getting a good explanation of te-form, but I am still sifting through this site's resources, and don't expect it to be very useful until I can learn some new words. I know all hiragana and most katakana, though.
