Hello everyone.
My name is Andrea, although I usually go by the nickname "Hiyoko". I'm a Chilean girl who happens to love Japan and Japanese. I'm also a Japanese/English/Spanish translator who just got her title and it's still deciding what to do with her life and... Well. I arrived here by chance, after receiving a greeting card for my birthday.
I love Japanese anime, manga and music as well as several Japanese authors. I love the language and the culture and I'm always looking forward to meeting new Japanese people and to learn new things about this fascinating country.
I hope we get along really well and that I'll find new friends in this community.

Well, enjoy your stay here. Good day.
Heh, yeah, it's great to know more than one language, but I'm not completely satisfied with my Japanese knowledge so I'm always trying to improve it...
Anyway, I'll try my best to be of help in whatever I can.
Well, truth is I'd love to go to Japan but, right now, is kinda impossible cause it's a trip I simply can't afford (the mere plain ticket is too much). So, for now, I don't have actual plans of going there. But I'd certainly love to!
Thanks for the welcome message and nice to meet you!
