I am looking for a grilled gyutan recipe and I am unable to get one including how to clean and season the tongue before grilling. I used to eat this dish in a city where there were many Japanese restaurant but now I am staying in a place where there is no real Japanese restaurant and they don't serve gyutan. I will really appreciate if somebody can tell me how to do it. Many thanks in advance
