Great-aunt and great-uncle

However, I don't know for sure how to pronounce the first character (大), although I know what it means. I'm pretty sure that the other two kanji in the words have the kun readings, which probably means that 大 has the kun reading also. So, does that mean that the words are pronounced ōoba and ōoji?

If I remember correctly, my great-aunt Clarice was the older sister of my grandmother, which would make her my 大伯母. In a strictly technical sense, my great-uncle, her husband was not my blood relative, but I suppose he was still my 大伯父. Those kanji terms are still pronounced ōoba and ōoji, though, correct?
