Scam Global Tax Solutions: fraud or legitimate?

Can anyone verify if the following is legitimate ?

A representative made contact re buying shares from me that had been scammed by Hinsley Ford back in Toronto 2015.

I would really appreciate someone's help.

Also, their website looks more than dubious: typographical errors galore and content that seems to be copied from Wikipedia and other websites.
