I wear a U.S. size 12 and bought the 27cm geta from Jojo, they seem to fit quite well with the desired end of heel hanging. My right foot could probably fit a smaller size comfortably, but I am not sure about the left. Nobody's body is perfectly symmetrical, and I have nearly a .5" difference between my two feet.
