I played it, there's no furigana or english. I was bored with it after around 10-15 hours of gameplay even though the characters were interesting, the music quite good and the voice acting divine. I practically never watch anime so I didn't know this seiyuu earlier but I really fell in love with the character セフォン (Zephon) voiced by 梶裕貴 (Kaji Yuuki). Too bad the battle system and story progression was so hideously boring though. JRPG have pretty much regressed in some ways if you ask me. That's why I prefer older JRPG from the 90's and early 2000. I'm greatly looking forward to the 3ds version of Dragon Quest 7 and I'm currently playing Ni no Kuni at snail pace because I have little time for games atm.
