Just wondering if anybody find this game a great game (I find it great!!Masterpiece!!)which it is better or worse than FF?(heard that not much ppl other than asians noes much of suikoden?)

Genso Suikoden 1 was good, but Genso Suikoden 2 was the best of all! Powerful storyline and excellent background music! If clear part 1 with 108 characters and transfer the data into part 2, the main character in part 1 can be used! Superb. Part 3 was also good but not as good as 2. Well, lets wait for part 4 to be released this year.

I like suikoden more then final fantasy. So yeah, I think its better (tee hee) Suikoden has a much different style then other role playing games. I also think its unique how you have 3 main roles you can play (but it sucks you have to play them all X.X) so yeah, I like suikoden MUUUUUUUUUCH better.

I've only played the first Suikoden, but felt that it brought a difference from the Final Fantasy series with the element of trying to recruit and rebel. I see neither being better than the other though as both are enjoyable titles for RP fans.

In my opinion, Suikoden is much better than Final Fantasy. Every new FF release is worse than the previous one. Same old story, same old two-minute annoying GF animations, same old android carachters with new exotic clothes, it plainly sucks. I hope Enix staff have taught them a thing or two about RPGs. Let's see if FFXII is worth buying.

Final Fantasy will alway rule supreme in the PG world. I think that the series has it's ups and downs. Like, I did not like Final Fantasy X-2 at all. I didn't think the story was good at all, mostly because they twisted up the previous storyline to a point of stupidity. It was like playing Tomb Raider, not Final Fantasy. My personal favorite from the trilogy is IX. I absolutely love the cute down-scale world of Gaia and the characters are adorable (and they kick ***!). But, I definenetly like FF more than Suikoden. It was just a little too farfetched for my taste.

Did you know that FFXII will be using some type of jewel system and many think it might be like FF7 materia's system!!!!

hmmm...i'm not asian, but i bought suikoden III and it's one of the few buys i actually have no regrets about whatsoever.i currently find it anywhere and i'm freaking out because i want to finish it (still haven't). the storyline is so involved, and so many chracters! my only problem might be that having to play 4 characters can get a bit involved, and the thomas story can get kinda boring, but other than thati like how the different points of view all come together to make a complete picture. the graphics kinda stink a bit, but i stopped noticing because of the storyline.
which is better? i'm tempted to say suikoden, because both can have great storylines, but suikoden still manages to pack a serious punch without having to rely on the latest graphics or a love storyline. ffvii is still my favorite, but overall i think i'll go with suikoden.

haha~ suikoden's storyline is massive compared to FF series....and graphic wise,FF is better than suiko...in my point of game choice,I like all of suiko series and FF7,FF8 and FF10
