Generic lng file for SubRip program is sought

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can share a SubRip .lng definition file used SubRip program fro converting .sub/.idx files into .srt.
Value: character recognition of Japanese subtitles.
A normal SubRip program download usually has a few language definitions, even a Chinese (simplified) file. It's quite easy to create a file for Roman or some other alphabet based languages but it is very hard and time-consuming for Japanese as you have to type in a lot of character before it read a large section before it gets stuck again on an unknown character.

The language definitions are saved in .lng file. It is a matrix that identifies an image and a character to correspond to that image.

Attached is a screenshot.

An issue when SubRip recognizes the whole character but sometimes it takes a PORTION of it as a whole. Perhaps, it needs some settings. Also, subtitle fonts can look quite different from each other in various movies, then you probably need to create a new matrix. (?)

Perhaps it's not an LNG but a SUM file. Sorry for the confusion.

I suggest you go on youtube or something, type in an anime, find the user who posted it, see where he got the video, ask them who subbed it and see if there is any help there.

Or you could google it.
Or even better, work work work, create your matrix on seven planes (not aeroplanes) and learn to do it.

The same problem with me with this program. I've tried to extract the japanese subtitles from a hardsubbed movie, but nothing happened. I think the only decision is to install asian language pack on windows, because I don't have a japanese keybord and couldn't write the signs. But not sure it will help anyway.
