@ property of reita : Do you make sketches or do you just draw from hand ? A good sketch is half the work. Search the place of the eyes, the nose and the mouth. Pay a lot of attantion to shadows your drawings look flat and getting shadows into it make it more 3d
a way to increase yourself is also looking at other artist, just search at deviant and look at wips of artists you like You can learn a lot from it.
You're drawings have the charistics of the artists cause you pay attention to the shapes of eyes, lips and nose. But due to that the anatomy is off they look kind of childish.
But really keep trying you got a good start.
