The thread is finally slowing down a bit. In a good way of course. I can catch up finally.
Noseybonk: For a first timer I would recommend Cassis!! It's the first song I heard which got me into Gazette!! Especially the start of the pv where Aoi plays the guitar and those sparkly thingy!! OMG!! AOI!!!
XlineyX: I really love the first pic of Ruki!! Makes him look angelic...Oh my...It's kinda an irony to use this word on him... But nvm... I also dun like that spiky hairstyle... I mean, it doesn't look as good compared to his dreads or his gorgeous blond hair!! Uruha back then has longer hair but I still prefer him the way he is now...
And guess what? I showed Gazette to my mom and she said they look homosexual!! OMG!! I feel like xploding on the spot... How can she say that?! They're all so pretty...And I've finished my drawing but I dun think I can post it until my fren scan it for me... It's mediocre(is that how u spell?) drawing speaking frankly....

yea yeah, my mom had the same reaction to, its like that with most parents i guess...i showed her that clip of Aoi in the gold kimono dancing, she looked at me and said "no wonder your so strange...you watch weird men dance in strange outfits with strange hair....and then she went on to lecture me about how i shoul do somthing productive with my life and make friends with 'normal people' (if you met my firnds you'd understand)
but that was like a few months ago, and shes adapted well to me now.
she just nods whenever i rant about my jrokers...which is better then her telling me they are wierd....

my mother is such a cluck. i have this zip hoodie with gazette, dir en grey, and alice nine pins on it and my mom goes "are those final fantasy characters?"..

Hahaha. I think I'm older than most of you who have posted by at least 5 years, and my mom also rags on me. She says: "I will be so glad when you are out of this phase." And I'm just like, since when is liking bands a phase?
My dad saw a picture of Hitsugi on my computer, and was like, oh is that someone from a band you like? And I said yeah, and he was like, who is she? And I just went and started laughing my (head) off. He had a similar reaction to Aki who is my wallpaper on my cell phone. My grandma and cousin who is in the army REFUSED to believe that Aki is a boy. I've taken to flashing my cell phone at everyone in my family. Surely SOMEBODY else thinks he looks like a boy?! (Besides my fellow fans, of course.)
The first Gazette song I heard was either Cassis or Reila, but the song that turned me onto Gazette was Sugar Pain (which I heard shortly after).

its strange how we're always tlakihng about other peple's reactions to our obssesion. My parents didnt know about Gazette until a week after i first heard their music (Cassis was my first and i love it still). They bothe thought Kai and Uruha were girls and my mum hates them just because they're from japan - that makes me mad,
my friends think im really weird to be obssesed XD they have all been gazette fans once but not anymore. so...yea......i dont care what other people think. if i want to be obssesed with gazette then i damn well will!

HEEEEEELLLLLLOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm at that point now, that I don't tell anyone anything about gazette or other j-rockers unless they want to know something. It's not that I care about what other people say about me and my obsession ( I really don't care about it), but it annoys me to explain EVERY SINGLE time that they are boys, NOT gay and make good music. I don't want to hear stupid prejudices anymore and I'm tired of getting mad about people who are not important in my life. So I live in my own little world with you all. That's enough for me. *huggles*
