Friend in Tokyo Area

I have a friend that I believe is in Tokyo that I lost contact just about 2 years ago. Her name is Sumie Maeda. I would certainly appreciate any help getting in touch with her.

there is maeda sumie listed in 23wards phonebook of tokyo, arakawa ward, says a food shop owner...
