I like to know if there's some free wi fi internet spots in Tokyo? Like in a cafes or restaurants?
Should i ask for the username and password?

I usually my hotel's free or low-priced Internet access. The last hotel had Internet stations (2) for 100 yen for about 10 min. The hotel prior to that had free stations.

I think there're very few FREE Wi-FI spots in Japan. Some internet cafes have .11 though. Restrants? None.
