Football/Soccer in Japan?

Hi there, in August in be coming over to Japan on my own for 2 weeks.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any places where you can play football/soccer? I only ask as i want to atleast play a game of football/soccer with the locals and meet new people.

My reason for this is because although im trying to grasp some basics of the Japanese language, you don't need to know Japanese to play a game of friendly football/soccer

Ive been told finding a group of people who play football isn't very likely, but i thought ide ask anyway.

P.S, football/soccer isn't the only thing i'll be doing while im there lol it's just a possible ice breaker

I highly recommend to join "meetup.com" and search groups whose activities/events interest you.
(If you do not know meetup.com, it's free to sign up, then find a group you'd like to join, and become a member of the group (free).
Basically those groups are English language based, and most members are locals (both Japanese and non-Japanese), many of them welcome visitors too.

I made a quick search and found some groups for playing football or events that include football.
