Hello! I am new to this site but would so grateful if you can help me! I'm wondering if there is a typo in the sentences below or if i'm just not understanding it properly.
高くて変わった形のビルがたくさんたっていて、空とぶ車やピョンピョンはねる車が走っているではありません。空とぶ車に乗せてもらい、雲の上に行くことにしました。雲の上には、大きくてきれいなお城がありました。」
I'm confused about the 走っているではありません bit.
I thought they were saying there were flying and jumping cars (because they get in a flying one) so why is it ではありません?
