Finding Tanaka Yasutaka

Would you please help me find my long lost friend? His name is Tanaka Yasutaka. I met him more than 20 years ago in Yokohama. The phone and email I had are all outdated. He graduated from International Christian University and lived in Tsuruma Machida-shi Tokyo 20 years ago. He also has a sister. Please help. Many thanks
