Finding Father.

Anyone can help me to find my father there in Japan? I'm Anri Serafica Ishibashi. 17 years of age. I was born on July 08, 1998. My mother is Jocelyn Diaz Serafica. My Dad left us since I was baby. And now I'm going a teenager and I realize that I still want a father who will always be there for me. It's really hard to grow up without a father. So please. Pleaaaaaase. I hope there's someone going to help me.
