In Japan we are in the final term and we are giving final exams for our students.

I'm making an English exam for high school students now. I need your help.
Would you please check my English sentences and problems?
I'd appreciate it if you would give me any comments.

They all sound fine to me, and the questions all have one correct answer. As intended.

There is a typo at 3-1 though.

3-1 Mi sister enjoys cooking every day.

Should be "My" but that's obviously a typo.
Otherwise all is fine

I would just add:

I much prefer 1-3 without "a".
"working" seems more likely in 4-9.
2-5 is correct English, but it is not very clear what situation it is referring to.
4-19 seems a slightly odd thing to say (though again it is grammatically correct English).

Do you ever say the following sentences?

2 My brother doesn't wake up early on Sundays.

3 Does your mother own a car?

4 My parents tell me to come home before dinner.

5 I often see my friends read e-mail on their phones in the class.

They are all correct English. However, in ordinary conversation they may not always be the most natural and spontaneous ways of expressing the ideas.

1. I would more often say "My mother really loves flowers."
2. Generally speaking, I think I would usually put this the other way round and say "My brother sleeps late on Sundays" or something similar. However, your version may be natural in contexts where certain emphasis/contrast is required.
3. Most often I would say "Does your mother have a car?" or "Has your mother got a car?"
4. I'm not sure about this one. I think I would more likely say "My parents say I have to come home before dinner."
5. I would probably say "reading (their) e-mail". If talking about classes generally it would be "in class" (probably more common). "in the class" refers to a specific class.
