does someone know a good website to plan ferry journeys, english best but japanese ok if layout easy to deal with.
otherwise does anyone know answers to these questions?
kagoshima > yakushima > okinawa do i have to go back to kagoshima or is there a ferry from yakushima to okinawa?
next which ports in shikoku (of any) do ferries from okinawa go to?
last, are there ferries that would take me from okinawa to hokkaido (i know sounds crazy)

There are not the routes from Yakushima to Okinawa.
You must come back to Kagoshima to go from Yakushima to Okinawa.

There are not the routes from Okinawa to Shikoku.
But, There are routes from Okinawa to Osaka (or Koube).
