English (other language) classes in karaoke??

Hi all. I work for a karaoke company in Japan with lots of shops located near busy stations (Shinagawa, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku). We were considering renting out some of our empty rooms, especially during daytime hours, to eikaiwa and other language schools nearby.
If anyone here works at one or has an opinion on the feasibility of this, I'd love to hear it!
