Electronics Dictionary, Android Aps or Translation website

Hello, I need to read science, engineering and biomedical textbooks written in Japanese. Currently which is the best tool for translation from Japanese to English? In the past, I used Casio Electronics Dictionary. If Android Aps or Translation website is equally good, I would rather carry one less device. In case of electronics dictionary, please recommend a model. Thanks.
