Saw this one a while ago. the aussie deserved more of an ***-beating but he got it pretty good. This needs to happen more often to those foreigners that think they can get away with anything. There really isn't much being said in it, except the retard asking the ゴミ回収者 (gomikaishuusha, trash guy) "daijoubu? Are you alright?" and telling the cops "watashi no, shatsu ha, kowareru/my shirt is broken," barely understandable nonsense.
