Duel Jewel

Tales is the best song ever!!!!!! I have to listen to it all the time. I love the way they compose their songs. I think it's great that they have kind of a poppy feel with awesome keyboard parts and electronics. It's simply perfect!

I am glad to see more DJ fans!!! The more the merrier. I am almost positive they are coming to the US this year too. Hopefully I will have more info on that soon. They are just so dang good, some of their songs blow me away. I am almost jealous in a way because I wish I was in a band like that. Some of their guitar riffs (thanks to Shun!) make me rock out air guitar hahaha I only do air guitar to really awesome songs, and usually I only do it to work on my own stage presence haha If I was in DJ I already have my whole stage presence down haha Shun also inspires me to get my butt moving and start writing more material.

I am checking my count on iTunes right now to see how many times I have played Tales (I also have it on cd, and its on the dewel jewel myspace page, so the count wont be accurate haha) OK in the past 3 days I have played Tales and Never Blue 10 times, and I listened to it on my CD player as well so that is a lot! My top two played songs are Toguro and Bite to All by Gazette because I was learning them on guitar and bass so I listened to them all the time haha.

What is with the 22nd... Rentrer en Soi and Phantasmagoria are releasing singles on that day... they want me to be broke :angryfire :D Well I've only preordered ReS's Protoplasm... I want to hear Phantasma and Duel Jewel's new stuff before I get it... 😌

It seems like Shun is getting all the love though... we need more love for the other guys... :p

Oh don't worry we love all the members! I just think we all have a little special place in our hearts for Hayato and Shun haha. Erica posted a link to sample their album, so you should check that out. It must be national jrock cd release day on Feb 22nd haha let me just say Feb 22nd is going to be the best day for a number of reasons! whoo!

Their PV for Trust is on YouTube! All I have to say is...Hayato in a cage...and Natsuki with a cigar (is a cigar smoker and has a humidor in her bedroom haha). Trust me!
 
That was a really good PV. I liked Shun with the rose, and Natsuki smoking a Cigar was a nice added touch!!! Great song and video! Trust has some of the best chug guitar!

Yea... I didn't really have time to listen to them properly before... so I just listened to the samples of the new album... sooo good. 😍 I've added it to my list of things to buy... maybe I'll have some extra money from tax returns and I can get it :D

I really like 'em... I was kinda expecting them to be another soundalike... not quite sure why :? but anyway I was pleasantly surprised... 😄 They really have their own unique sound, especially in the guitar. :-)

No, it hasn't been uploaded yet. I just uploaded samples from each of their releases. There is a site where you can download them all, but I worry that people won't purchase their CDs. I don't understand that, because the music on CDs is so much better quality, and you're supporting the band! I only recently heard DJ's music, and I downloaded all of it to listen to it, but now I am going to purchase all of their stuff!

Hayato has the best lips!

It's so much better to have the real CDs, anyway. :music:
I still download some stuff, though, to see what it sounds like.... rather than waste like 35 quid on an import CD that I don't like :eek:
 
yeah, seriously. if you only down load a song or two, what happens if it turns out those are the only ones you like on the whole album?? then you've wasted your money...:sick: and with the ammount of JRock stuff on my to-buy list, i cannot afford to waste a single cent. :sick:
