and yeh i had some offstage clips where kaoru is faking shooting to him and shinya is smiling all the time 😍
besides he sometimes is barely smiling when he's with miyu (i love pics where they're together ....)

Omg this stupid image got corrupted and I have to take the screenshot again then it wouldn't load all the way and cut his head off... then I realized it was .bmp format and it made it smaller... grrrrrrrrr... so here after all that. You better like it or else :D

Just thought I'd share this with you...

Improve arms? Lie on your front on a bench (not a park bench :eek: one of those exercise ones), one weight in each hand, then lift your arms straight out (like you were flapping your wings, lol) to the sides, slowly, repeat x 10, rest, repeat x 10 again and however many times you can.

I love arm exercises. It's probably some kind of weird mental disorder :unsure:

Izumi has the bestest arms... :-)
 
yeah - all drumers have awsome arms - even shinya (who's so skinny) has nice ...
but i'm not sure if izumi has the best arms.... i think i've seen better :p
