Doraemon

Does anybody know of Doraemon anime being available in English?

I've not found it to be so yet, searching the web.
Ideally it would be good if there was DVD with English as well as original Japanese w/ or w/out subtitles.



OR
could someone suggest another anime title (available in English & Japanese on the same DVD) that might be watchable for 3 year old (American) nephews?
Or,
maybe I should just get the Doraemon subtitled dvd box set and say I thought it was in English....

I'm really confused now. I was sure that i'd seen Doraemon (in English) on BBC2 here in the UK before I even went to Japan (so, pre-1998) but I can't find anything on Google so far.

This wikipedia page doesn't mention an Englsih-language version, either:

Either my mind's playing tricks on me (big ones, too!) or Wikipedia doesn't tell the full story (quite possible) or perhaps the BBC commissioned a special dubbing for a series or two. If it was shown here they most probably changed the name, which might be the problem.
