We can't help you translate them unless we know what parts you understand and what parts you're having trouble with. Or did you just want somebody to translate the whole thing for you?

I know very little(?), there are various things(??) I want to know, can you teach me? I know very little English, I don't know how to accurately work(??) the PS3.
I just feel like I am getting lost in the complexity of this sentence.
I wouldn't mind helping, but for some reason the Kanji in the sentence "PS3がきちんとつかえあ 驍ゥどうかしんぱいです。" won't appear correct on my screen. I don't know if it's the source or if there is something wrong with my fonts.

小さい refers to "the size of something is small", not "to know little".
小さくて is the reason why よくわからない.
よくわからない is the reason why the writer wants to know a little more things and ask a help.
私はあまり英語がよくわからない is the reason why the writer is concerning about PS3がきちんとつかえるかどうか.
つかえる is the potential form of an intransitive verb 使う in this case.

There is a bug in the forum operation whereby if you mix Japanese characters and Roman characters (in this case "PS3") in the same unbroken string it can mess up subsequent Japanese characters. That seems to be what has happened here. The way round it, I've found, is to type Roman characters in a Japanese font.
So basically, it's little, I don't know very much about it so I want to ask for help, since I do not know Japanese very well?
Well, it seems like she could just change the language settings to Japanese...
よくわからない in 小さくてよくわからないので means "not to be able to decipher/recognize". The writer said that it's too small to decipher/recognize or along the line. It seems to me that he/she was talking about a picture, manual or something like that.
