Well, they're not doing a European tour right now and don't have dates announced; they're just touring Japan for the end of this year (through October, then a little more in December). Are you talking about the Madrid interview I posted? That was from July.

Annnnnd they have toured America. o_o Just not right now or in the near future.
 
So they announced to tour the US in 2008! I hope that everyone who wants to see them gets the chance.

Also, JmusicAmerica put up a live report for a recent show and apparently 2 new songs were played.

Amita: I'm pretty sure it doesn't, but you could use a shopping service if you're willing to pay commissions etc.
 
I read that report and was happy to see that apparently they played Maverick! Wow.
And of course I'm looking forward to new songs.

There are no specifics for the 2008 TOC tour up at this point, but supposedly the list of locations/dates will show up sometime soon. I assume that an official band roster will follow as well. Oh, and for those who are also MUCC fans- they'll be there too. : D

Those are two of my favourite bands, so I feel happy for everyone who feels the same and has the opportunity to see them both live.
 
Ok I don't know what to make of this, but I got an update on myspace from jrockradio saying 3 more jrock bands will be added to TOC. Is this some kind of a joke/rumour or what?

I don't know...I haven't heard that anywhere and it just plain sounds unlikely to me. This is the first year Japanese musicians have been invited (I think); I don't understand why they'd suddenly make half the lineup Japanese invites. And also just the fact that "3 more jrock bands" is vague and makes it sound like bands are being invited just because they're from Japan, and I'd like to think D'espa and MUCC were invited because they are good musicians, not because they're jrock novelties. Sorry, that's just the impression I get from that...

I'm also not familiar with jrockradio and how reliable they are, so who knows.

while I was in a bigger town last vacation I found MIRROR and LIQUIDIZE (and screamed through the whole store :p)....Mirror is such a great Album, I love it...especially Hollow grew on me....lalala I'm funny stupid :p
but I couldn't watch Liquidize so far T______T *hides in corner* I hope I can do it soon!!!!!
 
^YOU'RE SO LUCKY!!!! The only Jrock CD that I've ever found in stores here was a Diru album and they never had it again after that one time I saw it.

I'm still debating on wether or not I should ask for Mirror for Christmas...
 
Hm, sounds like the "more bands" thing was partially correct. The Underneath, another j-band, will be on TOC, according to the official site. However, they do make it seem like they and D'espa and MUCC will be the only three j-bands on the roster, so perhaps that myspace note that some of you saw meant three jrock bands total, not three MORE jrock bands?

Anyway, if anyone will be in New York December 7-9, make sure you go to the anime convention they mention on tasteofchaos.com and enter yourself for the free TOC tickets/meet&greet! : D
 
D'espairs Ray is awesome band ^-^ And they all are so nice in person. I met them in the summer.. really nice guys <3 ~~
