I ordered the new single first and then all these screencaps started coming up of the new dvd and i caved....XD
I just got the dvd this morning though! It was really good...a bit short though (but still very good). Don't hesitate to buy it if you get the chance! its well worth the money.

yea...i preordered the dvd first then the day they started having the single on preorder i ordered mine. Speaking of dvd Jpophouse is taking FOREVER!!!!! they haven't recieved it from Japan yet......

yeah, i had originally preordered mine from jpophouse, but then i got impatient, cancelled my order and ordered it from cd japan...and i got it 5 days later.
I think It's worth spending a few more dollars...jpophouse dosnt seem like they will be getting it any time soon. But of course I could be completely wrong ><"
 
From what I've heard the DVD is all region just like murder Day. It just says Region 2 on websites where it is sold.
 
D'espairsRay rock i've just started to liten to them an they arew really cool. i really love their music
 
GRRRRRRRRRRR i coulda ordered it and got it cheaper!! them mofosssssss!!!!!! T_T but as much as i want the despa tour dvd......i need to save up for the deg dvd because i know for a fact im in it 600000000 times because everytime i saw a camera i went crazy and running around :D

What kind of music do you like to listen to? There's as many different kinds of Japanese music as there are in... well, in any other country! :) so it all depends what you prefer... :music:
 
oh yeah, I meant to post that the dvd is indeed region free.
And to think I was about to spend $40 on an all region thingie for my computer ><""
that would have been bad
 
I like all genres and styles of music, which I don't suppose is much help to you.

I'm interested in anything new to me. Anything I haven't heard before. So really anything recommended will suffice.
 
Well, if you like rock, since you say you say you like all genres of music, I'd recommend D'espairs Ray's Coll:Set or Born. They're both great. 👍
 
I certainly also recommend Coll:Set if you're looking for something by D'espairsRay. :)

As for other Japanese music, if you travel back through a few pages in this part of the forum, you can find where other people have started threads asking for music recommendations, and normally these are followed by long lists of recommended bands! 😊 so there might be some things there that would interest you... :)

on oricon.jp they have a 34 second clip of the ending of D'espairsRays new single "Kogoeru Yoru in Saita Hana" here's the link ^_^ The site is all in Japanese. Ok well

You'll see the album cover right then it will have the song names and on the first song it will have the kanji and then a little thing next to it, it will kind of look like a speaker, click on that then it will play

Hizumi's vocals are so good. Aww, it brings back memories of him dancing haha. They need to come back ASAP. I wish their DVD would arrive to at least hold me over. I need another dose of...well...I think Kinsao knows lol, JOKING!

(Isn't sure whether this sort of thing is still allowed in threads or not. It's not the band's MP3s or PVs and I don't even know how to get your hands on these performances, so Kinsao, please clarify!)
