What I really like is how MIRROR (the song, not the whole album) seems more along the lines of Squall/Kogoeru in its "light-ness" (even though it is a bit heavier than either of the other two), yet I never heard of anyone who disliked Squall batting an eyelash at that song.

*phew* Sooo nice to have that Jrock Rev ticket now! I was about to have a heart attack, I'm sure of it. I was so afraid the tickets would sell out in like 2 seconds XDDD *paranoid*

*edit* Holy hell, it's a good thing I was paranoid. the floor tickets all sold out in like half an hour. @___@

Dude... Looks like JUST the 2 day passes sold out, in like, 30 seconds! I got mine tho! Awesome sauce.

My guess is that the whiners think along the lines that if you can't headbang to it, it's not music. MIRROR is catchy, but you can still headbang to it. heh.. I hear a little Love & Rockets in Hollow... Talk about old skool influences... o.o

and i got me tickets too! i didn't get a 2 day pass (nearly had a heart attack) but i bought each sepparatley, so i'm happy <3 i still need to find someone to go with... right now, i might end up going with my cousin, who will get so freaked out at the concert that hw will never speak to me again ^_^ shweeeet! i am kind of worried though, my parents are freaking out >_<
 
Yeah, I also got the 2-day pass, floor. Glad it worked out for you as well! I started getting worried that some people who were planning on going wouldn't make it after all, due to how fast they were selling!

Hm, I don't know much about Love & Rockets. I'll have to check into that latorz.
 
Hi all! I really like D'espairsRay though I've only heard a few songs...I would love to hear more...any good idea of somegood songs I should try?
 
Hm, which songs have you heard? You should go for some stuff off of Coll:Set and also their new album, Mirror. :3 I can''t up anything right now, actually just checking the forum in the middle of homework, but maybe I can do something later. Hopefully in the meantime someone else can help you out as well.
 
I've got the new album now. Downloaded but will buy when money lets me... I'm far too poor atm.

I finally got to listen to mirror! 😄 I like it... i wrote a bit about the songs but i don't have it with me so i can't remember from my head well enuf to say stuff about each song 😊 or even to remember which were my faves! XD... I also dunno yet if i like it better than coll:set or not, they r both good, altho mirror less dark than coll:set imo and also with less of catchy riffs/hooks in it, but on the other hand a better showcase for Hizumi's voice (which is excellent on it 👍 ). So i need to listen to it a few more times! :p
 
Humm.. I'm sure there's a way of puttin a file on that site... I'm so retarded at computer stuff at times... I may have to send it a track at a time...

yup I totally agree. I really liked Hizumi's vocals in Mirror but I think the songs in coll:set caught my attention more. I like both albums but i'm leaning towards coll:set more.
 
Regarding sendspace.. the best thing is to zip or rar songs together, so that they r as one file.. and then they can be uploaded onto sendspace (of course u can ul them individually but in that case at the final u have to post a link to each individual song instead of just the album... 😌 )

Also, if u upload an album or songs here, u will get told off by the admins, because its not allowed on the forum to ul music.. but the admins can't see into ur pm boxes ;-)

Hey everyone!!

I just finished listening to all my d'espairs ray songs (I thought I should listen to them first before posting here^^)...well beside the mirror album...but I will do that today
I really love their songs, and hizumi's voice is adorable...especially Reddish and Forbidden got straight to my head and don't want to go away ^^
but I still have my problems to differ between the members (I know that this shouldn't be such a hard thing, but anyhow I have my problems :()

btw..does anyone have the lyrics of misshutsu no naka... (I hope I spelled that right :p)...because I believe I can here them counting in German...but maybe I'm just hearing voices in my head^^

Godisinvincible, I haven't forgotten about you; school absolutely consumes my time as it is the last two weeks of the semester. I'll try and get you a few songs tonight.
 
I love Reddish too.. but sine I got my new laptop... I don't have the songs anymore... I'm looking for it though... T^T

I normally don't share my bought music, but since most of their stuff is basically out of print or otherwise unavailable to international fans, I don't mind sharing a little here and there

As a note in general, I would discourage people from uploading full albums, especially stuff that is still in print. Just thought I'd randomly mention that, haha ;)
