Funny, I was pondering 出来る earlier today, specifically the volitional and passive forms.
出来ましょう -- "let's do (this/it/whatever)" or "let's make it happen/possible" so...
出来されましょう -- "let's have it done to this (this/it/whatever)" ?? Or maybe "let's have this thing be abled, let's make it doable" ??
I was thinking it's probably just one of those conjugations that don't actually make sense. Or I'm trying to misuse transitive/intransitive.
I'd think the imperative might be closer to "be able!" or "be ready!"

Remember when people say "出来た！" after finishing a task, like say... wrapping a present? I think maybe 出来ろ is just an awkward way of saying "finish it!", and when used with ぐらい can also mean "at least be able to do this much!" , like this:Elizabeth said:

"Do it !" (Make something happen) or "Finish it !"....for sure dekiru has a broader set of meanings outside of finish and to be able to do, be possible, could happen are probably the most common. Although it isn't the type of Japanese I spend my days listening to, and fairly uncommon at that anyway. Hi everyone!
出来ろis very, very recent in usage and is not considered standard Japanese (i.e., WRONG if you write it in a test). As other posters have mentioned, it cannot be passive. The "correct" alternatives would be:
出来るようになれ！ (You have to become 'able to do it'. A literal translation to mean "you should gain the ability to do it".)
出来るようにしましょう！(Let's be able to do it.)
出来ていいんじゃないか？ (Shouldn't he/she/you/it be able to do it?)
出来ていいだろう。(You/etc. should be able to do it--meaning I/we expect you/etc. to already have the ability to do it.)
(These are the ones that came up to mind offhand.)
The Internet is a very creative place for language use, and many Japanese have developed new usages that are funny and charming but not standard YET. I do admit having heard 出来ろ being used in real situations, but it is used deliberately (very often in anger at a malfunctioning piece of equipment) when all parties involved understand that it is actually not correct usage. So, you have to be careful of usage you find on the Web.

I've not read them so as to train my ears. It really helps that the
music is so good.
