What a great discovery! I was looking up all these random photos of not so well known Jrock bands, and I came across Givuss which was Shou and Tora from Alice Nine's old band. I saw this guy Tsunehito and was like mmm he is good looking. Erica was like wait is that the Tsunehito that is in D now? so I looked it up, and it is! He was also in scissor (which I knew but I had no idea about Givuss) He looks a lot different now. Here is a pic from when he was in Givuss.



D is just getting hotter and hotter now! lol
 
Wow, he does look hot there! Hmmm, too bad he doesn't look like that now... or maybe he does, it's really hard to tell from the few recent pictures I've seen of him. Maybe as more photoshoots roll out, we'll see the hot Tsunehito again.
 
Yeah, he changed a lot. Certain photos hes alright, but ahh the more I see him the more I wish he looked like that pic I posted haha. There's no replacing Ruiza that's for sure haha! (or Asagi for you haha) But it's always nice to see people that were in a certain band, surface in another one (I guess you could put it that way haha)

Thought I might revive this thread as D are quite popular now. uhh...What do people think of the new album? :-) God's child would have to be one of my favourite Songs from it.
 
I love it! 👍 I can't think of my favourite song off the top of my head... I like many of their songs. :)

Hey, but it's not long now, is it, until the re-release of that album with Tsunehito on bass and 3 extra tracks! I think I remember reading that it would be out some time in March... I can't wait! 😄 I love bass (and Scissor) and I'm really curious to hear this...
 
oh dear... i LOVE D... WOO everyone looks really hot in there =) cept for the drummer... i dont really like him that much.. no no wait... hhaha no i like him.. he just doesnt really fit into the band... i think... everyone is all dark-ish lookin and u see him shining his bright smile =P its funny
 
hell ya!!! haha that man sings better than anyone i know.. his voice ranges from like.. HIGH to low.. and he doesnt have that manly girly high pitch voice when he sings like a bazillion octaves... its nice =)

asagi's a dear =) i love him... haha but true... there are others above him... but ill say... voice wise... i love his, he's probably number two =P or one? who noes =P haha
 
I adore Asagi's voice. It's quite simply fantastic.
I would put him as my number one j-rock singer for voice quality, but there is just one thing - his voice just that little bit lacks the emotional range of someone like (for example) Tatsurou. Not for want of trying, but just something in its nature (I suffer from the same thing myself; my voice doesn't have any natural vibrato so I have to work like crazy to get any 'expression' in it at all :( ). Someone like Kyo is the prime example of expressiveness and variety - but he doesn't have the control. Myself, I consider Tatsurou as my 'number one' j-rock singer, as he has a great expressive range and the actual quality of his singing has come on in leaps and bounds recently until it well rivals Asagi's.

But Asagi will always have a special place in my heart 😆 No one else can sing like him... 😍
