Hello,
Can I make Japanese Curry Rise with red Curry paste instead of Curry tablets [solid cubes]?
this:

instead this:

And someone can give me good Japanese Curry Rise recipe?

It's Indian food anyway; make it any way you like. If it looks and tastes like curry, what difference does it make how you make it?

But I hearded its a popular food on Japan.
And the Japanese make they own curry called Curry Rise, aren't they?

Curry Rice, yes. But there are many different varieties. Just make a curry you like and have it with rice.

I do not think you can use the paste in a bottle shown in a photo as a replacement for Japanese type currey-roux.
You can make Japanese type curry rice (adopted recipe from European curry not directly from India) without the roux block.
Here's one of the recipes on the net.

I think the curry paste tastes differently from the cube roux.
Curry rice is my ultimate Japanese comfort food. I eat it with lots of fukujinzuke (i never run out of this stuff).
I love that it is so easy to make. My favourite would be pork or chicken but many times, I tried vegetarian curry rice. I added some quail eggs for some variety.
