Cultural Differences

I am going to attend the Sino-Japanese Youth conference. We will discuss about the relationship between the two nation, Japan and China. I wonder if anyone in Japan knows about this conference.
Moreover, I would like to ask if the are any thing I should be reminded when communicate with the Japanese youth. I wonder if there are any things that I shouldn't say to them, or are their any manners for me?
I would like to have some advices from friends in this forum.
