Thanks for replying, I don't know what time period. My teacher didn't tell the time period. I need to know what they did, wore, ate, etc.

What they ate and wore, how they behaved and how they lived DIFFERS ON THE PERIOD THEY LIVED! So please just choose one period! Or one aspect, for example food ,and to compare how did it changed during the centuries...

By the time, what literature have you used till now?There are some very nice books on General Japanese history by Conrad Tottman....
